Conspiracy Theory
There is a conspiracy to keep me from posting on this Blog. How else to explain the pile of assignments cluttering my desk?
Impressive legal reasoning! But don’t you see that if I were to file a fundamental rights case on this matter just over an year ago; you would be one of the respondents? 8-| Besides, fundamental rights cases can only be initiated against the state. Universities are immune from those. What to do now?
